Kooltherm K7 Pitched Roof Board

The Kingspan Kooltherm K7 Pitched Roof Board is a high-performance insulation solution designed for pitched roof applications. It features a rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core, which is fibre-free, and is faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil. This reflective foil enhances the thermal resistance of any unventilated cavity adjacent to the board.

Key Specifications:

• Thermal Conductivity: As low as 0.020 W/m·K, depending on the board thickness.
• Board Dimensions: Standard size is 2400 mm x 1200 mm (2.88 m²).
• Available Thicknesses: Ranges from 25 mm to 150 mm, with corresponding R-values increasing with thickness. For example, a 25 mm board has an R-value of 1.10, while a 100 mm board has an R-value of 4.70.
• Compressive Strength: Typically around 120 kPa.
• Environmental Impact: Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
